By registering as press, I agree to the following:

I will request explicit permission from presenters before: Recording (audio/video) their talks or interviews. Photographing their slides/posters. Sharing their unpublished data or work online.
I will respect "No Online Sharing" requests if a presenter prohibits dissemination of their content.
I understand embargo policies (if applicable) and will not publish before the allowed date.
I will credit the conference and presenters appropriately in all coverage
